Long Island Alzheimer's and Dementia Center (LIAD Center) is driven by a mission to improve the quality of life for those living with Alzheimer's disease and related forms of dementia and their caregivers through the provision of a continuum of community-based services and support for caregivers from diagnosis to end of life and beyond. Our services include day programs for all stages of Alzheimer's disease from pre- diagnosis to end of life; caregiver support groups and training; in-home respite solutions; transportation options; resources and referral support; and individual counseling.
