The Institute for Advanced Rehab at Meadowbrook is a 280 bed extended and short term care facility. Our services include; Long Term Care, Short Term Care Unit with a separate gym and dining room, Certified Ventilator Unit, Respiratory Unit with telemetry, Secure Unit, IV Therapy, Wound Care Program, Outpatient Rehab, Respite Care, Palliative Care and Hospice (Residential and In-Patient).
