Description
Amy oversees Seniors of Syosset a program of the Mid-Island Y JCC that helps seniors age-in-place within Syosset by providing social work support, community health nursing, and other supportive services. Seniors of Syosset is one of three Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement (NNORC) programs of the Mid-Island Y JCC that help support seniors wishing to age successfully in their homes in the community.
