Description
Melissa oversees POB Cares, a program that helps older adults age in place in Plainview and Old Bethpage through social work support, community health nursing, and other supportive services. POB Cares is one of three Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement (NNORC) programs of the Mid-Island Y JCC that help support seniors wishing to age successfully in their homes in the community.
