Founded in 1991 and located in Hempstead, New Ground provides social work and education services to help families and veterans break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
Their pantry is depleted, so they would appreciate food items.
Items that are always in high demand:
cereals, tomato sauce & pasta, canned ravioli and pasta meals, mac & cheese, dried beans, juice, rice, canned tuna fish or other canned proteins, and snacks for children.
