BRAIN FITNESS - Can’t find your glasses? Lost your cell phone? Or have you forgotten the name of someone you just met?

Dr. Shelley Pazer will keep you thinking and feeling your very best - at any age - through useful lifestyle tips and encouraging, interactive activities that will boost your memory and sharpen your thinking.
About the speaker - Dr. Shelley Pazer designs and facilitates workshops in Brain Fitness for Adults. Shelley has worked for more than 25 years in the field of developmental psychology helping children and adults improve their learning and performance at school, at work, and in their daily lives.
Dr. Pazer conducts interactive brain fitness workshops with adults across Long Island, New York City and Florida in libraries, adult/senior centers, assisted living residences, rehab & nursing centers, adult education programs, AARP groups, JCC’s and Hadassah groups to help them stay mentally fit.
Shelley holds a B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education from the City University of New York and a M.Ph. and Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York.
