In collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center (ADRC), Grace Plaza is proud to begin offering an Alzheimer Caregivers Support Group. These meetings consist of families, caregivers, friends and other interested individuals meeting to share feelings and information. 

The meetings will begin on Thursday, April 21 2016

at 2:00pm in the 5^th Floor Conference Room

at Grace Plaza, 15 St. Paul’s Place, Great Neck

and will continue the third Thursday of every month
