We provide Mobile Primary Care in a person place of residence. We have a team of primary care providers (MDs and NPs) servicing Brooklyn, Queens & LI. We bill Medicare, Medicaid and most major insurances. Through our Primary Care providers, we provide coordination of care for various services from medication management, in-home lab and diagnostics to in-home physical/occupational therapy and more.
